Established in 1939 the Residential Estate agents have been one of Portsmouth's most sucessful independant agents. Bought in October 2005, Ascott has built up the market share and the business in 2006. In February 2007, we have taken on Rob Clark to run our very busy North End sales office allowing our expansion in March 2007. We will open our second office, in Havant Road, Drayton under Managing Director Josette Gerada. Along with sales and lettings we will be starting a land and new homes section selling sites across the South Coast to developers, housing associations and house builders. For more details:-

Our Drayton office, which opened in March 2007, covers a large area of North Portsmouth, including Cosham, Drayton, Farlington and Havant.
With a Gosport office planned for 2008 we are very excited about our expansion of the Waterfield + Stanford business
