The Ascott Group business are one of the UK's fastest growing Leisure Property Companies. Most of the deals we do are leisure property based. The main Ascott business is it's UK Property Trading arm which buys mixed use schemes speculatively, adds value by gaining planning permissions or adding pre lets for sites and then selling parts off to, property developers, house builders and housing associations. Where appropriate Ascott may develop, build out and hold the asset itself. Ascott Group seeks brown or greenfield sites with a purchase price of between 500k - £15 million. We are currently seeking to roll out our Watermark and Cafe Des Vin bar brands with our partner Glendola Leisure across London and the South East of England, and are seeking suitable sites for development.
